2022:
The Goose Creek Artists Guild Annual Judged Show & Exhibition was held March 2-30, 2022 at the City of Goose Creek Activity Center. Artist Robert Maniscalco (www.maniscalcogallery.com) served as this year's judge. The reception was held on Tuesday, March 15, 7pm. Best of Show was awarded to Alicia Daily, for her acrylic painting "View of My Field." Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place were given in each of the following categories: Acrylic, Oil, Drawing, Pastel, Watercolor, & Mixed Media.
First place ribbons were earned by Alicia Daily, Sharon Mills, Dorothy Shromoff, Sue Selvey, and Christine Johnson. Other award winners included Larry Alexis, Belle Anderson, Heather Hill, Willis Sanders, Gary Smith, and Al Champy.
The Goose Creek Artists Guild annual Petite show was held March 2-30, 2022 at the Goose Creek Branch of the Berkeley County Library on Old Moncks Corner Road in Goose Creek. Works submitted were not to exceed 8x10 inches (including frame) and all entries were securely framed or gallery wrapped, with some displayed on a mini easel or stand.
